Ancenta Cleaning Services is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure our business runs smoothly, consistently and professionally.
This is not a regularly assigned cleaning position. We need a leader who can manage people, solve problems, maintain high service standards and take ownership of the operation without depending on the owner for every decision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple client locations.
- Manage employee schedules, call-offs and staffing coverage.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
- Coach employees and hold team members accountable.
- Respond professionally to client concerns and service requests.
- Monitor attendance, labor hours, supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and new-account startups.
- Keep the owner informed through clear weekly reporting.
- Improve systems so the company can operate and grow more efficiently.

- Is organized, dependable and able to manage several priorities.
- Maintains high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Remains calm and makes sound decisions under pressure.
- Works well with the owner, employees and clients.
- Accepts accountability and holds others accountable respectfully.
- Is comfortable leading a growing business where every system may not yet be perfect.
Qualifications
- At least three years of operations, management or supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a service-based, multi-location or growth-stage business.
- Experience managing hourly employees, schedules and performance.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email, spreadsheets and mobile applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Available for afternoon and evening fieldwork, with occasional emergency or weekend support.
Commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, environmental services or route-based service experience is preferred.
