Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct regular building inspections
- Participate in operations planning and client reviews
- Assist with overseeing supplies inventory
- Conduct candidate interviews for new recruits
- Train employees to meet quality standards
